TEA has updated and revised the Notice of Procedural Safeguards Rights of Parents of Children with Disabilities in January 2012. To make parents of students receiving special education services aware of these new rights, a copy of the Procedural Safeguards can be found on the LISD website on the Special Education Services page here.
