Oral health is an important part of children’s overall health and is a critical component in their ability to learn and succeed in school. Lorena ISD has partnered with Family Health Center to offer preventative treatment which includes a visual inspection of the teeth, X-Rays, cleaning and sealant application. These services will be offered to grade levels Pre-K through 8th grade.Family Health Center will be at Lorena ISD for Dental service on October 25th, 2016. This service is available for your child with your signed permission and completion of the dental program packet. These packets will be sent home with students beginning the week of September 19th. The packets need to be completed and returned to the school office no later than October 6th at 9:00 am.
